These SMS Terms of Service govern text messages sent by ROYAL’TEE Lending Group ("ROYAL’TEE," "we," "us," or "our") to the mobile number you provide.
Program description
When you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from ROYAL’TEE, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages related to your customer-initiated inquiry or existing relationship with us. Messages may include appointment reminders, document reminders, application or transaction status updates, responses to your questions, and other customer-service communications. SMS is not used to transmit sensitive financial documents or confidential application information.
Consent
We get consent verbally by asking "Do you agree to receive conversations (external) text messages from Royal'Tee Group. Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; Message & data rates may apply; Messaging frequency may vary. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, application, transaction, and communications with our team. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility.
Opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you later provide new consent or reply with a recognized opt-in keyword. We will also honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate your desire to stop receiving messages.

Privacy

Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
